What to expect:

1. Schedule a consult: Choose a time that works best for you :)

2. Consultation: We’ll discuss your space, vision, and goals. We’ll take pictures and measurements.

3. Mood board creation: Within 2 weeks, we’ll craft a custom mock-up of your new space. We tailor product sourcing to your budget, style, and preferences - not to “affiliates” like other providers may do.

4. Unlimited Revisions: We aim to nail it the first time. We’ll collaborate to get it just right. We won’t make any purchases unless we have approval.

5. Purchasing: We’ll handle purchasing of approved items based on your furniture budget. Note, the cost of furniture is a separate cost from the “live it up” package.

6. Management: We’ll handle ordering/shipping/receiving/storage of items until we have everything ready. We’ll keep you in the loop as we go.

7. Implementation: This will feel like “move-in day” on HGTV. We’ll show up with all of the furniture, tools, and muscle required to set everything up and stage your new space

8. Post delivery support: Got a couple follow-up questions? Reach out within 4 weeks of implementation to let us know.

💻 Consultation: 90 min in-person consult. We’ll get on the same page and answer all of your burning questions.

🎨 Digital Mood board: You’ll receive a DesignFiles link with access to your sourced assets. You can click each item to explore buying options, prices, etc.

📽️ Mood board walk-through: You’ll receive ongoing video and/or text communication walking you through the design strategy and choices

📄 Product Sourcing list: A separate list of all products displayed in your mood board to make ordering approval easy.

🥸 DIY styling guide: Tips for curtains, art, pillow arrangement, lighting, spacing, etc. that you can use for other rooms.

🛋️ Furniture layout diagram: for your approval

💸 Ordering services: We’ll deal with ordering/shipping/scheduling/handling for you

🛠️ Assembly services: If your furniture requires assembly, we have a mechanical engineering degree we’re dying to use.

🪛 Installation services: We’ll install curtains, furniture, lighting. (not contractor services such as paint, electrical, carpentry)

💅 Styling services: The most FUN day. We will schedule a time to come implement everything for the big reveal
